Postcard of Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Co. oil refinery in Casper looking south west. Chicago & Northwestern Railroad tracks run in front of several buildings and a large tank with high line wires above. Casper Mountain is in the back ground. Below the image is printed "OIL REFINERY (LUBRICATING OILS), CASPER, WYO." Reverse side is printed "POST CARD / THIS SIDE FOR ADDRESS". There is no address or message.
